CMAA Adult Classes
Are tailored to students aged 16 and older seeking improved physical fitness, stress relief, and self-defense skills within a positive environment. The classes focus on enhancing flexibility, balance, endurance, and strength while teaching self-defense techniques. All levels of martial arts experience are welcome, making it accessible to beginners and experienced individuals alike.
